  • Perboil your Rice about one derica
  • Boil the turkey till tender, add salt, chilli, Ginger, garlic and tumeric
  • Fry the turkey and set aside
  • Wash the rice, set aside. Into a clean pot add the stock, knorr cubes and allow to boil the add rice and cook till tender
  • Fry the onions, carrot, green beans
  • Add the green peas, spring onions, sweet corn and green peppers to the pot boiling with rice
  • Pour the fried vegetables into the pot of rice and stir.
