- Peel potatoes then wash,cut into strips and soak in water so that it will not turn black or change colour.Slice the crabstick into slices.
- Heat pan then add just a little oil.Then stir fry potaties until half done then add crabstick.Remove from pan and let it cool down
- When its already cool.Crack eggs then pour and mix well
- Heat again pan add oil then pour mixture.Cook in low flame and cover.After a while flip the other side too.
- Transfer in a plate when it is done.
