Method
- Cut the chicken into strips and fry with sesame oil.
- Prepare the mushrooms, onion, pepper and ginger.
- When the chicken is almost ready, take the chicken out of pan, and set aside on a plate to cut the chicken whilst the vegetables are cooked.
- Add the chicken and add soy sauce and some chilli flakes. Stir and cook for couple of minutes until just tender, but still brightly coloured.
- Add the noodles and mix everything together for 1-2 minutes. (Ideally 1 minute)
- Garnish with some spring onions
