  • 1/4 cup chopped nuts such as pecans or walnuts
  • 4 fake eggs (I use Orgran No Egg, egg replacer)

  • Crush wafers with good quality food processor or use ziplock bag, mortar stick and smash it.
  • Crush almonds using a food processor or just buy almond flour.
  • In a large bowl, mix butter and sugar.
  • Preheat oven to 160C.
  • Beat fake eggs and add to butter sugar bowl.Add in the rest of the ingredients and stir.
