  • Add olive oil to pan over medium heat. Add chicken and seasoned with chili powder salt and pepper all purpose seasoning. Add onion and garlic powder. Sauté an additional minute then remove from heat.
  • Add olive oil to coat bottom of pan. Add corn tortillas. Flip tortillas and season fried side with chili powder. Flip again and season the other side with chili powder.
  • Once tortillas are crispy add chicken to the top. Add mixed cheese. Remove when cheese is melted. You can add a few splashes of water to pan and cover with lid to melt cheese faster.
  • Combine avocado tomato onion jalapeño and cilantro. Add salt pepper and lime juice and mash thoroughly to create your guacamole.
