- 1/2 Cup Parmesean Cheese (grated)
- 1/2 Cup Green Onions (chopped)
- 2 LG Portabello Mushrooms (chopped)
- 1/4 Cup Fresh Parsley (chopped)
- 1/2 tsp Fresh Ground Black Pepper
- 1/2 tsp Red Pepper Flakes
- to taste Sea Salt
- 1 Good Dash White Wine (about 1/4 cup)
