Method

  • Preheat oven to 180 C / Gas 4. Prepare paper cases. Sieve flour, baking powder and salt together and set aside.
  • In a small saucepan, heat up blueberries, caster sugar until sugar dissolved squeeze lemon juice and stir well. Turn the heat of and leave it to cook down.
