- 1/2 cup dijon mustard
- 1/2 cup dark brown sugar
- 1/4 cup soya sauce
- 1/2 stick butter
- 1/2 teaspoon ground white pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar
- 1 medium green bell pepper
- 1 shallot
- 1/2 cup watermelon
- Ham
- 2 pounds smoked ham
- Pasta
- 4 ounces lasagna pasta
- As needed water to boil pasta
- 1 tablespoons salt for boiling pasta
- 1 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil to boil pasta
- 1/2 stick butter to fry pasta
- 1 tablespoon soya sauce
- 1 tablespoon rice vinegar

Method
- Boil the pasta as instructed on the package. Drain and cool in the freezer or fridge.
- Slice the watermelon, bell pepper and shallot. Mix the stew ingredients together and add to a pan. Turn on the heat.
- Slice the ham. When the stew mixture is heated, add the ham slices. Coat the entire surface of each piece of ham.
- Turn as needed and stew in the mixture for 15 minutes. Cover and remove from heat. Let rest 12 minutes before serving.
