  • Preheat oven to 350
  • Cube up chicken into bite size pieces. Lightly coat bottom of skillet with olive oil & cook chicken til fully cooked. Seasoning with black pepper & garlic powder.
  • Remove chicken from skillet leaving all the chicken juice in the skillet. Add diced peppers & onion. Cook until tender.
  • Add chicken back to the skillet with cooked peppers. Add fajita seasoning. Mix thoroughly.
