  • Cover and reduce to med low / low for 10-12 mins stir occasionally
  • Pat shrimp dry. Salt and pepper them. Saute Shrimp on high heat. I use grapeseed oil. Add some butter after you flip them.
  • Cube havarti cheese and toss into grits. Add heavy cream and butter.
