- Put oil in pot and sweat the onions and selery for 5 min.add ginger and garlic and if you like chili
- Meanwhile cut the other veg. And add to onions
- Let cook for 3 min. Cover with water and stock cubes
- Season with ras El hanout,pepper and salt
- Put in tin of tomatos
- Let cook for 30 min
- Take half the soup out. Mix the other half.add creamcheese and sugar
