- 1.5-2.5 pounds Roast Beef about
- 1 lg box of Beef Broth
- 1 medium onion diced
- 1 stock of celery chopped
- 2-3 tbsp powdered Garlic
- 1-2 tbsp lowery's seasoning salt
- 1 tbsp liquid smoke
- 2 tsp Worcestershire sauce
- 1-2 tsps kitchen bouquet
- 2-4 cups water as needed

Method
- In a large oven safe pan. Place the Beef roast. Add garlic, seasoning salt, liquid smoke, kitchen bouquet, and Worcestershire sauce,
- Wash and chop the celery and add to the pan, dice the onion add to pan add beef broth and cover the meat with as much water as needed
- Cover and cook at 350 for 3-4 hours or til meat is very tender
- After the meat is tender slice and butter then toast either a sub roll or french roll I use Sweet sub rolls. After the bread is golden brown add garlic to taste on the roll also red crushed pepper (optional)
- Shredder the meat and ladle some of the broth and onions and celery on the bun then top with the other bun. (Cheese is also an option I suggest provolone)
