Ingredients
- 1 cup rajmah light pink in colour
- to taste Salt
- 1/2 tsp Turmeric
- 1 tsp Rajmah masala heaped
- 1 tsp Ginger garlic chopped or paste each
- 1/4 tsp Asafoetida
- 1 cup / 200grams Dawat Rice
- 2 cups water
- to taste Salt
- 2 tbsp Coriander leaves
- 4 tbsp ready masala for gravy

Method
- Soak rajma overnight. Morning add water if needed add in pressure cooker rajmah and all dry ingredients and ginger garlic and whistle on 4-5 cool and open the cooker if tender and soft add in little oil heat well and mix in the rajma my homemade masala ka bap.please go for recipe on my page.
- Garnish with coriander leaves.
- For rice i used only dawat rice.soak 200g rice for half an hour add microwave pressure cooker add little salt and 1 tsp oil cook in microwave for 12 minutes then cool and open. Enjoy rajma chawal with curd salad or raita.
