- 1 green pepper, sliced
- 1 onion, sliced
- 10 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/8 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 tablespoon oregano leaves
- 1 tablespoon Italian seasoning
- 1 tablespoon parsley flakes
- 1/2 teaspoon basil leaves
- 2 cans (14.5 ounce) diced tomatoes (undrained)
- 5 tablespoons cooking red wine
- 1/3 cup olive oil

- Rinse and pat dry your chicken thighs, cut into chunks......
- Place chicken chunks into your crockpot......
