Ingredients
- 2 cups macaroni pasta
- 2 tinned tuna
- 150 g medium cheader cheese
- 500 ml semi skimmed milk
- 1 tsp wholegrain mustard
- Seasoning to taste
- Knob butter
- 1 tbsp plain flour

Method
- In a large pot, boil your pasta following the packet's instructions.
- Whilst pasta is cooking, decanter and flake the tuna into the casserole dish you will be baking in.
- When pasta is cooked, drain and add to your tuna in the casserole dish and mix together.
- Mix 100g of the grated cheese in with the pasta and tuna.
- Using the same pot you boiled your pasta in, return to the stove and add a big knob of butter. Reduce heat and once butter has melted add flour to make a easy roux. Slowly add your milk a little at a time stirring constantly to remove floury lumps. When all milk has been incorporated and thickens stir in your mustard.
- When the sauce is ready, pour over and mix through your pasta. Sprinkle the remaining 50g of cheese on top and place in a preheated oven at 200c for 20 minutes.
- Remove and serve with a side salad or garlic bread.
