- Wash the Sweet potatoes thorougly don't peel the skin and cut into julienne or battonet cut.
- Heat Oil, put the sweet potatoes and fry until crispy and when it turned golden brown drain. Repeat the process until you finish frying all the sweet potatoes.
- On the same oil, put Brown Sugar and wait until it caramelized (when the brown sugar afloat) then combine the cooked sweet potatoes and mix thoroughly.
- Drain to excess the oil, transfer to serving plate and garnish with roasted Sesame seeds.
- You can also keep the sweet potatoes chips in jar or plastic bag it can last about 3 days.
