Method

  • Wash the Sweet potatoes thorougly don't peel the skin and cut into julienne or battonet cut.
  • Heat Oil, put the sweet potatoes and fry until crispy and when it turned golden brown drain. Repeat the process until you finish frying all the sweet potatoes.
  • On the same oil, put Brown Sugar and wait until it caramelized (when the brown sugar afloat) then combine the cooked sweet potatoes and mix thoroughly.
  • Drain to excess the oil, transfer to serving plate and garnish with roasted Sesame seeds.
