  • Sieve maida with baking powder, baking soda & keep aside.
  • In a baking tin, line it with parchment paper/butter paper & keep it aside, preheat the oven to 160°c
  • In a bowl take butter, add sugar to it & beat it for 2min, then add condensed milk & mix well.

  • Pour the batter in a baking tin, place blueberry compote on the batter randomly & with a spoon or a toothpick swirl it, then bake it in a preheated oven for 45min over 160°c. Coil should be both sides & place the tin on lower rack.
