  • In a large cast-iron skillet on med high heat add crisco
  • In a large mixing bowl add buttermilk and chicken. Place in fridge for at least 30 mins-1 hr to marinate.
  • In a paperbag or ziploc bag add flour and dry seasonings
  • In a medium bowl beat the eggs well,dip chicken 1 by 1 into egg then buttermilk
  • Dip into flour then back into the buttermilk then back into the flour. Cover well.
