Ingredients
- 2 pounds collard greens washed and cut in strips. Take out stems if you would like. I include some stems in mine
- Smoked turkey wings
- 16 oz Chicken broth
- Slap ya mama seasoning
- Red pepper flakes
- 1 Sweet onion
- 1 teaspoon Minced garlic
- Salt and pepper
- 1 teaspoon Roasted chicken better than bouillon
- 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
- Olive oil

Method
- Sauté olive oil mined garlic and onion for 3 minutes then add salt and pepper
- Add turkey wings and chicken broth and cook for an hour and 30 minutes on medium. Add enough water to cover the turkey wings.
- Add roasted chicken bouillon,red chili, slap ya mama seasoning and greens then cook for another hour and a half or until greens cooked to your liking.
- Pull turkey wing meat off the bone and mix. Add vinegar, mix and then serve.
