  • Salt pepper and sprinkle herbes de Provence on both sides of each steak.
  • Slice the mushrooms. Add Mushrooms and spinach leaves in a small frying pan with unsalted butter. You can add garlic too.
  • In a wok medium heat butter and add both rump steaks. I like my steak rare. Let the steak rest on a chopping board. Cut steaks in slices
  • Take 6 wraps and microwave them for 1min 10 sec. Add the mushrooms and spinach. Add the steak slices. Finish it off with some béarnaise sauce. Wrap them and enjoy.
