Ingredients
- 6-8 Burrito flour tortillas
- 6 Corn Tostadas
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 Taco Bell mild seasoning
- Mild salsa
- Refried beans
- Spanish rice
- Tacobell nacho cheese
- Shredded Mexican cheese
- Taco dip spread
- 4 oz softened cream cheese
- 1 cup Sour cream
- 1 Taco Bell mild seasoning

Method
- Preheat oven to 350.
- Cook 1lb ground beef, & drain the grease. Return to pan and turn burner on low.
- Add a couple spoonfuls of salsa to the cooked meat, along with 1 packet taco seasoning & a splash of water (or more to your liking) mix together. Keep on low to stay warm.
- Make Spanish rice - follow the directions on the back.
- Put refried beans in a small pot on low to warm them up and stir here and there to prevent burning.
- Taco dip spread step. - in a bowl soften the cream cheese, add the sour cream, and half pack taco seasoning. Mix mix mix. (Add more sour cream or seasoning to your liking)
- I used a small deep baking dish - So depending on size you might need to use less or more Tortillas. Add two burrito shells to the bottom of the baking dish.
- Take nacho cheese and spread on the burrito shells.
- Place 2 or more tostada shells all over the cheese (where it covers majority of the cheese)
- Spread taco meat on top of tostadas.
- Place Mexican cheese on top of meat
- Add more burrito shells (layering like a lasagna)
- Spread refried beans on top of the plain tortilla (skip step if you don’t like or want beans)
- Scoop and dollop some of the taco dip spread over the beans & spread as much as you can.
- Add rice on top of the taco dip spread.
- Add nacho cheese on top of rice
- Place tostadas. Then add more meat and shredded cheese
- Place more burrito tortillas on top, and spread more taco dip spread on tortilla.
- Top with shredded cheese and place in the oven for 15 minutes (or until cheese is melted and or to your liking)
